These carvings belong to a private collection
David Millie: David took a carving course at the Labrador College in 1992. He carves with soapstone, bone
and ivory and the pictures show that he is mastering his skill. David works from his ideas of local animals and traditional
figures such as the drum dancer. At present David carves part-time but would like to make it a successful venture.
